Stray headlights at ISO 25600

Bars, house parties and an impromptu taxi fare. Nothing like ending a party night up 15 bucks.

I need to work on creative white balance use. Like most design oriented folk, I love clean white, but this photo shows that color mixing can be good too.

I was hoping to use this selfie for new business cards, but it didn't turn out quite like I had imagined. I'm still trying to figure out what's bothering me.

However, in the process of making it I had gathered a metric buttload of spent film rolls from local labs. Upon finishing the portrait, I was inspired by these wedding invites to convert some of my materials into custom business cards. It was a bit of a pain in the ass to produce and assemble, but my print experience help and they came out pretty good!

I'm still dubious of their practicality, but hopefully the cool factor will outweigh the need to explain the concept.

Big thanks to Mike's Camera and Walgreens for the spent rolls.
