I've been playing around with my RTL-SDR rig a lot recently, with the latest project being the reception and download of weather images from overflying NOAA satellites. After downloading the file, you can use wxtoimg to decode and view things. The satellites provide a variety of data, both visible and infrared. Check out some of the main options below.
